INAUGURATION OF THE FORT OF NAVIDAD

Fourteen months of works and a cost of two million euros, the 29 of March of 2007 was inaugurated the Fort of Christmas of Cartagena (Spain), the first strength rehabilitated by project SIDLIM.

The inauguration act counted on the presence of the Mayoress of Cartagena,Pilar Barreiro, the Advisor of Tourism, Jose Pablo Ruiz Abellán, and the President of the Independent Community of Murcia, Ramon Luis Valcárcel Siso. According to President Valcárcel, “there is one of the projects more more ambitious and touching of Cartagena and Region of Murcia. It is an extraordinarily important element, not only by his historical but also sentimental value”
